ATTORNEY, LEON BREEDEN
Our office is located in the beautiful central Texas town of San Marcos, Texas. Leon Breeden has been practicing law since 1983 and have served thousands of people, families, and business owners. Throughout the duration of our service to the community, we have committed our lives and work to the following principles:
*Integrity - Leon Breeden was raised in a conservative Texas environment where the following values were a way of life: “Your word is your bond.” “There is no alternative to hard work.” “A job that is worth doing is worth doing well.” Those are the three principles that Leon models his life around and they are the foundation in which he built his law practice. Above all, he strives to live these values in how he treats all people and how he practices law.

*Advocacy - Attorney, Leon Breeden, is a skilled trial attorney and trained mediator. Mediation skill and negotiation strategies often keep our clients from the time, energy, and financial expense of enduring a court trial. Though, if it’s necessary to fight for or protect your rights in court, our decades long experience in Texas trial courts prepare us to do just that.
*Excellence - As a child who grew up in a military family, Leon Breeden knew the meaning of hard work from an early age. His father installed a real, Texas work ethic. What’s more, he installed a passion for “doing things right the first time.” Whether through his Texas work ethic or deep passion for the practice of law, Leon remains steadfast in his vision for a truly excellent law practice that serves every day people well.
